Teaching methodologies
Through visual presentations and illustrative examples, various key aspects of Fashion Design will be highlighted. Assignments proposed for assessment will be developed during class sessions with instructor guidance, though they will also require a certain amount of independent work. The Fashion Design Project I course unit combines theory and practice, with a strong emphasis on practical application-specifically, the "learning by doing" approach. Assessment is continuous and based on work completed throughout the semester, placing particular importance on the progress made during the teaching-learning process. Assessment will be based on the following parameters: 1 - Research on creators and technology 10% 2 - Scrapbook (conceptual book) 10% 3 - Collection of 24 coordinated looks 35% 4 - Construction of a high-tech garment 40% 5 - Final presentation 5%
