    Objectives

    This curricular unit has its main objective the creation of knowledge and skills in order to enable the development of work climates conducive to improving the business activity competitiveness and to the valuation of employees within it. Specifically, it is intended to take advantage of the condition human behavior internal and external aspects in the corporate context.

  • Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Teaching methodologies and assessment

    Classes will be theoretical-practical, using an expository methodology for the contents presentation, later supported on a methodology of student work in the application of the concepts acquired in case analysis with the purpose of knowledge consolidating. Students will discuss topics in classroom and conduct group and individual work. The chosen methodology also intends to stimulate students to participate actively in classes, developing their critical abilities and their aptitudes for a proficient autonomous study. Continous Evaluation: participation in classes corresponds to 20% of the final grade, a work group and its presentation corresponds to 30% and the test corresponds to 50%.
