This session forms part of the ongoing monitoring and supervision of the cleaning teams, carried out within the framework of the Participatory and Intercultural Meetings: Pathways to Inclusion, an initiative aimed at creating opportunities for dialogue, participation, recognition and appreciation of the professionals who contribute to the university community.
The initiative seeks to strengthen interpersonal relationships, foster a sense of belonging and contribute to a more inclusive and intercultural institutional culture.
