Lusófona University is part of the European project CYANOTYPES, co-organiser of the Creative Skills Week 2026, an initiative taking place from 7 to 11 September 2026 in Brussels.
The Creative Skills Week 2026 brings together representatives from the European cultural and creative sectors and industries (CCSI), policymakers, educators and industry leaders to reflect on the role of creative skills in addressing the social, technological and democratic challenges facing contemporary Europe.
As part of this edition, the CYANOTYPES project will present its pilot projects and policy recommendations, demonstrating how creativity, collaboration and innovation can contribute to the development of sustainable and inclusive solutions.
Lusófona University’s participation in this European project reinforces its commitment to international research, social innovation and the promotion of creative skills as essential tools for addressing contexts of change and complexity.
The initiative also highlights the role of higher education institutions in building collaborative European networks and in promoting creativity as a driving force for social, cultural and educational transformation.
