Erasmus BIP addressed soft skills in the aeronautical sector
International week focused on CRM, safety and human skills in aviation in a hybrid format

The Erasmus BIP initiative – CRM Soft Skills Challenges in the Aeronautical Sector took place between 20 and 24 April 2026, in Lisbon, combining in-person and online sessions. Promoted by Lusófona University - Lisbon University Centre, through ECEO, the programme included an immersive week dedicated to developing essential skills for the aviation sector.
Throughout the week, participants worked on key Crew Resource Management (CRM) topics, including communication, teamwork, risk management, decision-making and leadership. Interpersonal skills, situational awareness and workload management were also addressed, all of which are essential in high-demand environments.
