Intercultural Christmas Promotes Sharing and Community at Universidade
Universidade Lusófona held an Intercultural Christmas Get-Together, celebrating sharing, socializing, and cultural diversity

As part of the Programme of Participatory and Intercultural Meetings with the Cleaning Staff of Universidade Lusófona – CUL, the Intercultural Christmas Get-Together took place on December 16, an initiative marked by a spirit of sharing, closeness, and the celebration of cultural diversity.
The meeting provided a space for informal social interaction, fostering stronger interpersonal relationships among participants, as well as valuing interculturality through the gastronomic sharing of traditional dishes from the collaborators’ countries of origin.
The initiative also included a “secret friend” activity, a moment that strengthened bonds of solidarity, companionship, and mutual recognition, contributing to an environment of greater cohesion and integration.
This get-together was part of the actions developed under the Programme of Participatory and Intercultural Meetings, which aims to promote intercultural dialogue, a sense of belonging, and the appreciation of the experiences and life paths of the collaborators at Universidade Lusófona.
