Agreement for the UNESCO Chair in Education, Citizenship and Cultural Diversity at Lusófona University Renewed

UNESCO has confirmed the renewal of the agreement underpinning the UNESCO Chair in Education, Citizenship and Cultural Diversity, based at Lusófona University - Lisbon University Centre. Originally established in 2018 under the UNITWIN/UNESCO Chairs Programme, the agreement has now been extended and will remain in force until 30 June 2030 (ID 2018PT1278).
The official communication was addressed to the Rector of Lusófona University, Professor José Bragança de Miranda, and signed by Sobhi Tawil, Director of the UNESCO Division for the Future of Learning and Innovation. The Chair will continue under the leadership of Dr Judite Santos Primo (Chairholder), focusing on research, teaching, training and community action for Peace and Global Citizenship.
