Lusófona For The First Time In The World's Largest Ranking

The Lusófona University stands out in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2023 at position 1001-1200.

This ranking includes 1,799 universities, representing 104 countries from all regions of the world, making it the largest and most diverse university ranking.

The ranking table is based on 13 indicators that measure the performance of institutions in four areas: teaching, research, knowledge transfer and internationalization, with Lusófona University reaching 67.4 in this last item, consolidating internationalization as a pillar of development from the university.

Worldwide, at the top of the table is the University of Oxford, UK.

In Portugal, only 14 Universities were included in the ranking, of which 2 represent private and cooperative education.
