World Book Day
On this Day of Freedom, Lusófona University sought to understand what its students feel when they hear this powerful word. Does freedom mean happiness? Or equality? For some, it may mean autonomy; for others, a fundamental right or the expression of an identity.
Freedom is, by nature, polysemic: for each student, each degree and each personal journey, it takes on a different and unique meaning. At Lusófona, we celebrate this plurality of meanings every day.
