Activities

- Supporting researchers and Research Units; - Researching and identifying national and international funding opportunities; - Maintaining and updating the website and social media platforms; - Assisting with the preparation of funding applications; - Supporting the administrative and financial management of projects; - Liaising with international partners.

Requirements

- Academic Background: Master's degree and/or PhD; - Experience: Knowledge and experience in national and international funding programs (e.g. Horizon, PRR, Erasmus+, FCT); proven experience in communication roles, preferably in higher education or the cultural sector. Experience in content creation, social media management, and event coordination; - Skills: Highly motivated for teamwork, combining organisation and meeting deadlines; - Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English and in-depth knowledge of IT tools; - Strong communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with partners; - Experience in science management and communication.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM The selected candidate will be required to travel regularly to the University Centre of Lisbon
