The internal selection process for promotion to Associate Professor, in the field of Physical Education and Sport, with a specialisation in Sport, is open from 11.04.2025 to 28.05.2025. This process is in accordance with Articles 22 and 23 of the Statute for the Career of Teaching and Research Staff and the Regime for the Progression of Academic Staff and Researchers, both of which apply to UL. This selection process is intended for the field of Physical Education and Sport, w/ a specialisation in Sport.

Requirements
- In accordance with Article 9 of the Regime for the Progression of Teaching and Research Staff at the Universidade Lusófona, only faculty members who are part of the university's career framework, hold a doctoral degree in the field of Physical Education and Sport for more than five years, and are currently Assistant Professors, may be admitted to this selection process. - Research experience in the field of Sport is considered a preferential factor.
