Activities

The Lisbon University Centre is looking to strengthen its Public Relations team and is seeking two alumni who are keen to return to campus – this time as professionals – and contribute to the success of our University. What you will be doing: - Visiting secondary schools, vocational colleges and private schools as part of the following projects: “Falar às Escolas”, “Palestras nas Escolas” and school fairs; - Monitoring and validating the records of educational activities (EPs) for the “Criar Saberes”, “Falar às Escolas” and “Dia Aberto” projects, as well as various fairs, on the relevant platforms; - Assisting with the organisation of “Open Day”, “Criar Saberes” and other events; - Supporting students on Summer School courses; - Campus tours; - Student onboarding process; - Managing stock in the warehouse.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills; - A sense of responsibility, a good attendance record and punctuality; - A good command of the Portuguese language, both written and spoken; - A command of the English language, both written and spoken; - Good computer skills from a user’s perspective; - An appreciation of teamwork.

Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
