The objectives of this Course Unit are the acquisition, by the student, of the fundamental concepts and principles of Operations Management in the context of industry and services, as well as the development of autonomy and capacity for the application of such concepts and principles, by the student, to the resolution problems and challenges of an imminently practical nature in terms of operations management in an organizational context.
