The methodology used will be predominantly based on the analysis of complex and innovative AD problems. The aim is to encourage PhD students to investigate possible solutions to complex AD problems and base their assessment on this analysis. This will be achieved through the analysis of  case law from our higher courts, labour courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union. The formulation of a specific problem for research into the solution under established law (and de jure constituendo). Use of other complementary methodologies such as PBL, Flipped Classroom, Brainstorming and Design Thinking. Continuous assessment method: weighted average of classroom interventions and activities (30%) and classification of the final assignment  to be submitted in writing in the form of a scientific article and oral defence (70%). In all other respects, reference is made to the Lusophone Faculty of Law Assessment Regulations.
