Author of several books on agri-food marketing and trends. Consultant. World Referee in scientific papers. Member at the Portugal Dubai 2020 Advisory Council. Full time Professor at ISAG-EBS and Invited professor at IPAM. Affiliation as a Researcher and Coordinator on the hospitality and gastronomy laboratory at CICET/FCVC.
