Presentation
The Unit in Law ensures the integration of the legal framework into the conception, production, and exploitation of audiovisual projects, promoting a critical and applied approach. Students engage with both theoretical and practical knowledge that enables them to understand the legal implications of the different stages of a project, from its initial idea through to distribution and commercialisation. They develop competencies in copyright and related rights, image rights, licensing, and ethics, through the analysis of practical case studies. By the end of the course, students should be able to apply the appropriate legal framework, comply with legal obligations, and independently manage licensing processes in audiovisual projects.
