Constructive Systems - Evaluate and know how to predict and introduce in an Architectural Project the qualities necessary for a Project and the options taken in it to be included in the durable concepts and have a good and sustainable performance; Knowing how to distinguish between materials and choosing within the standards of economy, durability and easy conservation and replacement (eco-efficient or low impact); Have the notion of energy saving with the application of energy principles derived from passive designs provided for in the RCCTE and applicable to Architecture, such as natural lighting as well dimensioned, direct winter gains, the correct application of heating and cooling needs and an insulation of the surroundings suited to sustainable principles; Structural Systems - Introduction to mechanics: concepts and principles; Particle statics; Rigid bodies: equivalent systems of forces; Equilibrium of rigid bodies; Truss Analysis.

Construction Systems - The importance of urban regeneration and the rehabilitation of buildings from an environmental, economic and social point of view. The Charter of Venice and Cracow. Recovery of erudite and vernacular architecture. Constructive pathologies and diseased buildings. Sustainable maintenance and rehabilitation. Material life cycle analysis. Reuse and recycling of materials. Embodied energy and eco-friendly materials. Ecological specifications map of actions, reactions and static equilibrium of plane structures. Analyze isostatic structures through equilibrium equations. Structural Systems - Introduction to actions, reations and statics of structures. Determinate structures are analyzed using basic equilibrium equations.
