    LG1- Know in depth current and critical issues of Human Resources for organizations and management.

    LG2- Identify the challenges that these HRM topics pose to professional practice and identify possible actions for organizational intervention.

    LG3- Be able to think in a reasoned and critical way about the HR contexts inherent to the topics covered.

    The evaluation will be done through a practical work of application to a critical topic relevant to the students.
