- Contextualize the fundamentals, concepts, and elements that characterize Information Systems. - Clarify the relationship between Information Systems and Information Technology. - Recognize the relationship between Information Systems and the key processes of a business. - Clarify which organizational characteristics should be considered during the design of Information Systems. - Promote the ability to develop, as well as to understand a proposal for the development of Information Systems, considering the business in a holistic and interdependent way. - Clarify what HR Analytics and People Analytics are; Domains of application of HR Analytics; HR Analytics processes. - Recognize how Technologies can optimize HR processes – examples.
