The dissertation is the final phase of the master's degree in which the student develops a research on a chosen theme under the supervision of a supervisor.

Preparation of the Dissertation theme; Presentation of research methodologies and respective development phases planned for the dissertation; Pitch sessions with guests from academia and industry to discuss the problems proposed for development by students. Presentation of state-of-the-art projects appropriate to the projects presented by students Development of thesis proposal and/or script for practical project development. Tutorial follow-up of the dissertation; Validation of the study carried out and the respective execution phases established for concluding the dissertation; Presentation of the development of the work to the academic community by means of Posters and scientific articles or by deliveries of project development of a practical nature (Jupyter Notebooks, Protótipos, repositórios Git, entre outros); Conclusion of the dissertation

This CU is developed via the mentoring of the supervisor of the dissertation
