Objectives
Objectives
This program aims to support students during the study cycle, from theoretical and analytical frameworks that allow them a reflective attitude in the educational field and provide practical information that allows research, particularly in the areas of cognitive and educational sciences. and of Psychology through specialized experts in each of the proposed thematic areas related to Cognitive Science and Education. It is also intended to discuss the contributions of knowledge from neuroscience and cognitive science to education in the school context, seeking to provide students with knowledge and skills that allow them a comprehensive understanding of the teaching-learning process.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
This curricular unit is based on an eminently expository and active methodology, which seeks to address the topics of the program through communications and debates conducted by invited experts on each of these topics, moderated by the lecturer of the course. These seminars take place in the context of the class and may include different discussions for each of the syllabus topics, in order to provide different perspectives on these themes.
