    Objectives

    The course "Lean Management & Six Sigma Methodologies" enables students to understand, apply, and integrate the core principles, tools, and problem¿solving approaches of Lean and Six Sigma to improve operational performance. Learners will develop the ability to map and analyze processes, identify waste and sources of variation, use data¿driven methods to diagnose root causes, and design sustainable improvement solutions. By the end of the course, students will be able to lead structured continuous¿improvement initiatives and contribute to higher efficiency, quality, and organizational excellence across different sectors.
