  This specialization emerges from the desire to compile in a single advanced program the major topics of industrial management and engineering from the perspective of enhancing value for the business through better organizational management and the continuous optimization of processes¿ performance. To this end, an innovative programmatic content was developed that reflects the state of the art of the topics taught in each course of the program. Core and emerging themes such as strategic planning, organizational sustainability, operational excellence, quality management, as well as entrepreneurship and innovation are extensively covered. Having a group of prestigious trainers with extensive professional experience in their areas of knowledge, all curricular unit of the postgraduation are taught in a very practical and integrated way.

  The Postgraduate Course in Lean and Operations Management includes Master Class sessions involving companies. The diploma of this postgraduate course grants (under the terms of the legislation - crediting of competencies) 12 ECTS for the Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Lusófona University.
