    This postgraduate course arose from the desire to compile the most relevant and current topics in industrial management and engineering into a single advanced programme, with a view to creating value for organizations by managing and continuously improving the performance of their processes. To this end, an innovative syllabus has been developed that reflects the state of the art in terms of the topics covered in each of the curricular units that make up the program. With a group of prestigious trainers with extensive professional experience in their areas of expertise, all the postgraduate courses are taught in an integrated and very practical way. The course will be taught in English with the possibility of simultaneous translation into Portuguese (subtitling on the online platform); The course will be taught in e-learning format.

    The Postgraduate Course in Lean and Operations Management includes Master Class sessions involving companies. The diploma of this postgraduate course grants (under the terms of the legislation - crediting of competencies) 12 ECTS for the Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Lusófona University. Information on discounts: APQ members have a 10% discount; Members of the European Lean Managers Society have a 10% discount; Kaizen Institute clients have a 5% discount; Other discounts established with partner institutions.
