Teaching methodologies
Teaching methodologies
The course adopts innovative online teaching-learning methodologies that combine interactive lectures with hands¿on digital practice, using real¿time process¿mapping tools, collaborative whiteboards and workflow¿simulation platforms. Students engage in problem¿based learning through virtual case studies, redesign exercises and value¿added analysis tasks that mirror real organizational challenges. Synchronous sessions promote active participation through breakout discussions, live modelling and peer feedback, while asynchronous activities integrate short video demonstrations, guided mapping assignments and reflective prompts. This digitally supported, practice¿oriented approach ensures an engaging and applied learning experience aligned with the course's analytical and improvement¿focused outcomes.
