Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
The methodology combines lectures with the analysis of real-life situations, whenever possible, to contextualize theoretical content. Practical case studies are used to promote students' independent work through Problem-Based Learning (PBL), followed by in-class presentation and discussion. The analysis of selected case law complements the practical approach, enabling the critical application of acquired knowledge.
