Objectives
Objectives
Promote the knowledge about the role of the psychological dimension in different settings: sport training and competition; teaching and learning; and physical activity. Identify and explain the psychological variables that are evolved and need further development in sport training and competition; in teaching and learning contexts and in physical activity contexts. Train the skills related with psychological evaluation processes.

Different teaching methodologies (ME) will be used: Viewing and discussing documentaries/videos (ME1), Small group activities (ME2), Feedback provided by the teacher on the work developed (ME3).

Assessment
A avaliação é contínua e é levada a cabo nos termos do Regulamento Geral de Avaliação da Universidade Lusófona. Diferentes instrumentos de avaliação serão utilizados: 1) dois testes teóricos; 2) trabalho individual e trabalho de grupo; 3) apresentação e defesa oral de trabalho (individual e de grupo).
A classificação final é determinada arredondando às unidades o valor da média aritmética ponderada das classificações obtidas nos momentos de avaliação. Para a aprovação a classificação final terá que ser > ou = a 9.5 valores.
Os estudantes que não obtenham aprovação poderão submeter-se a exame na época de recurso. O exame de recurso incidirá sobre a totalidade dos CP.
