Teaching methodologies
Teaching methodologies
Active learning methodologies are used to promote student participation and the integration of theoretical content with its practical application. Classes include case studies, analysis of problem situations, exercises and demonstrations of psychosocial processes, debates and guided discussions, analysis of audiovisual resources, and cooperative learning. These activities enable students to explore and apply Social Psychology concepts to social and organisational contexts. The group assignment is partially developed in class, with guidance and feedback from the lecturer, culminating in the analysis of a problem situation applied to an organisation and its presentation through role-play. These methodologies aim to foster active participation, critical reflection, collaborative learning, and the application of knowledge.
