Presentation
Following a general idea of the APA, although Law and Psychology are two autonomous disciplines, they have much in common. In broad strokes, the aim of psychology is to understand human behaviour and the aim of law is to regulate human behaviour, but both disciplines identify assumptions about the causes of human action. This UC aims, therefore, to illustrate the main legal institutes directly related to the action of the psychologist in the Justice System, providing the basis for a legally informed intervention.
