The development of technological systems that adapt to specific needs entails a set of challenges in the context of higher education, both in terms of research and development and in terms of teaching/learning processes.

AI is challenging and, in the context of higher education, it is important to reflect on its potential without forgetting concerns about its proper use as a support tool dedicated to student success.

This session will cover:

• The risks and ethics associated with AI in higher education;
• The challenges of AI in the business context in relation to Research and Development.
