This meeting is part of a universal psychoeducational intervention aimed at promoting mental health and has as its main objective raising awareness within the academic community about the challenges of eco-anxiety, a recent social phenomenon that directly impacts well-being.
The intended goal is to enable the community to identify signs of this specific stressor; promote awareness and the legitimisation of distress associated with environmental factors; and empower the community with tools to cope with these challenges.
