Collaborative fashion show between fashion and design schools in the North, with emerging talent from Lusófona University and creative partners

On 27 June, the first edition of Fashion Lab 0.1 will take place — an initiative that celebrates creativity, sustainable design, and emerging talent in the field of fashion.
Promoted by Universidade Lusófona – Centro Universitário do Porto, the event brings together innovative proposals from young designers representing four leading educational institutions:
- Universidade Lusófona – Centro Universitário do Porto;
- Escola Árvore;
- Escola de Moda do Porto;
- Escola Profissional do Ave.
This fashion show aims to promote aesthetic and technical experimentation in fashion design, strengthening the link between artistic training, the creative industries, and sustainability. Fashion Lab positions itself as a meeting point for schools, audiences, and contemporary languages, highlighting critical, inclusive, and responsible approaches to fashion-making and dressing.
Main Objectives:
- To showcase the work developed by the participating schools;
- To stimulate interdisciplinarity and innovation in creative processes;
- To reflect on responsible consumption and production practices in the fashion sector;
- To engage the local community in culturally enriching educational initiatives.
