Conference Happiness Camp
Marketing is changing, and ULusófona joins Happiness Camp 2026 to explore AI, leadership, brands, and the future of work
Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)
The way we build brands, attract talent, communicate purpose and connect with people is being redefined by artificial intelligence, new generations and an increasingly competitive market.
To keep pace with these changes, Lusófona University is joining Happiness Camp 2026, the largest European conference dedicated to Human Sustainability and the Future of Work.
As part of this partnership, 500 places have been reserved for the Lusófona University community. Participation is free of charge, but capacity is limited, so we recommend securing your place in advance through the dedicated Lusófona page.
Participation includes:
- Access to the conference
- Certificate equivalent to 8 hours of training
- Networking with professionals, business leaders and experts from more than 80 countries
On 24 September, Alfândega do Porto will welcome some of the world's most influential experts in leadership, marketing, employer branding, communication and organisational culture, including:
- Adam Hickman | The Walt Disney Company
- Camille Phillips | Meta
- Melonie Parker | Google
- Nicole Senior | Canva
- Diana Ringe Krogh | LEGO Group
- Asif Sadiq | Warner Bros
- Nir Eyal | Bestselling Author & Behavioural Design Expert
Throughout a single day, the topics mentioned above will be explored, as well as the impact of technology on the way we work, lead and build brands.
