Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)
Lusófona University is hosting a conference series dedicated to the critical analysis of the main manifestations of illiberalism and its impacts on contemporary political theory and practice. With contributions from researchers affiliated with several leading academic institutions, the event addresses topics such as the MAGA movement, reactionary feminism, the post-liberal ideas of Patrick J. Deneen, and the identity challenges posed by global mobility.
The session includes two debate panels: the first explores the origins and developments of illiberalism in political and feminist spheres; the second delves into the ethical and identity implications of post-liberal thought.
