The aim is to present the methodology of physical exercise training (aerobic and muscle strength) with blood flow restriction through the application of tourniquets on the lower and/or upper limbs. The benefits of this practice, as well as the pros and cons of this type of training will be presented by two professionals with extensive practical and scientific experience.

- 14h30 - Theoretical session on the applications of blood flow restriction (BFR) training for health outcomes and sports performance
- 15h30 - Practical session on BFR training.
