Objectives
Airports are under growing pressure to optimise revenues from non-aeronautical activities. There are many parties involved in delivering a great airport experience to every customer; all of them must balance their commercial objectives with the airport's own. This course addresses the various commercial aspects of the airport business and how these can be developed and exploited to unlock revenue potential.
