    Program Contents (S): S1: Fundamental concepts, historical background, objectives and challenges of management; S2: Management Theories: History of management thinking; S3: Evolution and characterization of organizations. Concept and main functional / organic areas in the aeronautics sector. Analysis of the evolution of commercial aviation; S4: Challenges of Management 4.0 in the aeronautics sector S5: Functions and levels of management; S6: Manager and Leader Cycle: One function and two roles. Role of manager and leader. Skills of the manager and the leader; S7: Leadership and Team Management; S8: Leadership and verbal and non-verbal communication; S9: Leadership and Motivation; S10: Creativity, Innovation and sustainable entrepreneurship.

    Objectives

    Learning Objectives (LO): LO1: To make students aware of the importance and objectives of management in ancient and modern organizations based on theories; LO2: Understand the global context of the company and the organic structure of organizations in the aeronautical sector; LO3: To raise students' awareness and to envision the future developments of companies in the aeronautics sector in a sustainable manner; LO4: Enable students to visualize the structure and organization of organizations and, and roles and responsibilities; LO5: Enable students to distinguish the different roles in the organization, namely that of manager and leader; LO6: Understand the manager and leader cycles for superior performance in organizations; LO7: Enable students to lead and manage teams; LO8: Train students with skills associated with verbal and non-verbal communication; LO9: Enable students to motivate others; LO10: Enable students to take a proactive attitude in the workplace.
