In the practical component, the 'learning by doing' method is used, with special emphasis on the work developed by students throughout the classes, with various activities and case discussions - Case studies from the aeronautics sector - Analysis of recent scientific articles on HRM issues - Promoting contact with the HR department of aeronautical companies - Peer Assessment - Encourages critical thinking, collaboration and the ability to analyze and give constructive feedback between students.
