    Objectives

    Goal 1: Capacity to recognize, analyze, evaluate and solve law-related problems occurring in daily life when doing business with an international company, especially related to international contracts and resolution of an international dispute amongst companies. This includes an introduction and moreover an insight in several fields of law, namely: international private law, UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods, International Law of Dispute Resolution, International Trade Law, International Procedure Law, International product Liability, etc. Goal 2: Students will be familiar with the economics of the EU integration as well as international economic cooperation, understanding key steps of the EU construction, understanding the role of the EU in the world Goal 3: Students will understand the role of the IMF, IBRD and WTO Goal 4: Students will improve their communication skills

    Média ponderada da avaliação teórica (P1, 70%) e teórico-prática (P2, 30%)

    P1: média de 2 testes ou frequência global realizadas no decorrer do semestre

    P2: com base no trabalho (30%), comportamento em aula (10%) e discussão (60%).

    A nota mínima para aprovação em P1 e P2 é de 10 valores. Caso não obtenha aprovação desta forma, o aluno tem um exame final com nota mínima de 10 valores para aprovação

     

    Grading

    Weighted average of theoretical assessment (P1, 70%) and theoretical-practical assessment (P2, 30%)

    P1: average of 2 tests or overall attendance during the semester

    P2: based on work (30%), class behavior (10%), and discussion (60%).

    The minimum grade for passing P1 and P2 is 10 points. If the student does not pass in this way, they will take a final exam with a minimum grade of 10 points to pass
