Therefore, it is essential to understand the legal framework of companies, not only in the exercise of business activity but also in the development of commercial activity in modern societies.

Objectives
Objectives
Business Law aims to provide students with general knowledge and understanding of the legal framework applicable to companies and commercial activities, equipping them with the tools to grasp the main legal aspects of business operations. Students are expected to develop the ability to identify and apply the fundamental legal instruments of the private organization of the market, namely: understanding the concept and function of corporate contracts, knowing the forms of incorporation and types of commercial companies, analyzing the main legal issues related to labor relations, as well as understanding the rules on competition and other areas relevant to the management of companies, business portfolios, or any other economic activities.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Teaching methodologies and assessment
The methodology combines theoretical lectures with the analysis and discussion of real-life situations whenever possible. It includes students’ independent study of practical cases, using the PBL (Problem-Based Learning) approach, along with their presentation and discussion in class, fostering active participation and critical thinking.
