A. SEX CRIMES Legal framework. Crimes against sexual freedom and sexual self-determination. Related crimes.Contexts of aggression and segments most vulnerable to victimization. Adult victims and children.Crimes inside and outside the family Pedophilia and gerontophilia. Characteristics of aggressors and crime ecology; social networks. Victims: characterization and risks.Complaint; cases of silence: suffering - consequences. Blaming the victim and loyalty to the aggressor. Securing victims.Clinical and forensic cases B. REPORTING Framework. Capture of the case via the process. Criminologist contacts with lawyer and forensic psychologist. Relevant issues Coordinates of the report: identification of the process, subject, request: response to the request only. Criminological analysis of the case. Knowing the subject: personality and behavior. Cooperation with mental health technicians. Description of the subject-case relationship. Criminological impact Writing formalism. Defense. Role-play

Objectives
Objectives
This UC is the third unit of the Seminar on Criminological Themes (STC), continuing the trajectory outlined in previous semesters. The teaching objectives and method remain unchanged, and it is expected that, at this final stage of the undergraduate degree, students will demonstrate greater proficiency in engaging with the topics and, above all, that they will be more motivated to pursue reading, reflection, and debate. It is a workshop aimed at bridging the gap to professional practice, which concludes the 1st cycle and seeks to provide students with the competencies to meet the challenges they will face after graduation. The assessment is distributed across the following elements: (a) attendance at theoretical, practical and theoretical-practical classes, and participation in them; (b) group work (40%); (c) completion of a frequency/test (60%).
