Presentation
This Thematic Unit (UC) focuses on the several European Union Programs and Funds. It starts by discussing the logic of public policy financing at EU level. The different Programs and Funds in force in the Europe 2030 Agenda Framework (2021-2027) and Portugal 2030 arising from it are described. As practical examples, two representative operational programmes are analysed: a thematic program of national scope, and a regional one. The implementation of the Funds in its different stages and dimensions are analysed. The last programmatic content of the UC is the impact assesment of those Funds.
