This curricular unit explores the structure, requirements and good practices related to the main international management system standards, highlighting the domains of quality, environment and occupational health and safety (OH&S). It is also intended that the students understand how to apply instruments to integrate different relevant management systems, in particular the PAS 99 specification and Annex SL. This course aims to let students understand the clauses of requirements contained in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, be able to relate them, and know how to generalize the integration with other international standards. This course unit is unique in the study cycle of the course, focusing on organizational management systems, allowing students to understand how processes approach can be adopted in an enterprise and realize the linkages between strategic planning and deployment with the activities of improvement and control of operations.
