Analysis of Relationships between Private Parties of an International Character

Teaching methodologies
Classes involve theoretical instruction and the analysis of practical cases. Throughout the course, professors assess students to determine whether they are adequately grasping the course material. In practical classes, in addition to solving practical cases, professors reinforce the content of the theoretical classes by presenting texts for critical analysis and by having students practice writing legal reasoning. Knowledge will also be assessed through tests or quizzes.
