Class Administrative Litigation

This curricular unit focuses on disputes arising from administrative legal relationships. The general learning objective of this curricular unit is the critical apprehension, by the students, of the mastery of the legal framework of contentious means in administrative proceedings, as well as the respective assumptions and procedure, from both a theoretical and practical perspective.

Depending on the class topic, simulations and debates can be organized during the class, as well as questionnaires in interactive models (e.g. Kahoot). Students with special status provided for by law or regulation that exempts them from mandatory attendance to classes, but who wish to be included in the continuous assessment regime, must inform the Professor of the course as soon as they become aware of this fact, but always with 90 days' notice before the end of classes, so that the Professor can define another form of work or support, which may include completing a written assignment, presenting reports, and/or an oral exam.
