Class Administrative Law I

Administrative Law is a branch of Legal Science, of Public Law, pivotal for understanding the organization and functioning of the democratic rule of law and the public entities, as well as garanteeing the rigths of citizens in the face of conducts of public authorities.

Combination of theoretical classes, based on the most modern and relevant national and international bibliographical production, and aimed for the first contact with the basic legal institutes of Administrative Law, stimulating legal reasoning of abstract content, with pratical classes, aimed at the need of consolidation and systematization, with jurisprudential support when justified, of all contents of the syllabus.
