This course unit aims at the integrated application of knowledge and skills acquired throughout the Bachelor's degree in Management, through the development of an applied project or the completion of a curricular internship in an organizational context. Students must develop an individual project, based on methodological aspects of the preparation and presentation of academic work. The course unit covers different areas of management, such as strategy, operations, marketing, accounting, finance, management control, innovation, sustainability, and information systems, promoting the articulation between theory and practice. Within the study cycle, this course unit contributes to the consolidation of learning and the development of essential skills for professional practice in management and the integration of students into the job market.

Objectives
By the end of this course, the students should be abble to: Integrate and apply the knowledge acquired throughout their management training; Analyze and diagnose organizational problems; Establish consistent links beetween theoretical frameworks and management practice; Plan and develop projects or activities in an organizational context; Collect, process, and analyze relevant information; Prepare and present work with scientific rigor and critical spirit.

Teaching methodologies
The phased presentation of the reports will be the chosen approach, so that students can share with each other and with the teacher the state of the art of their work, namely through their discussion in the classroom.
