This discipline, will deepen the contents covered in the discipline of Adventure Sports (canoeing, climbing, orientation and SUP), work on the concept of adventure, tourism, adventure tourism, concerns with sustainability (the offer and products of Sport and Tourism), where we include new social trends and tourism, without forgetting the management and organization of programs and events (where we include teambuilding events). Outdoor activities are one of the major components of leisure, travel and behavioral training of the current Western society, being an unavoidable value in the structuring of the leisure, physical activity and tourism sector. She intends to approach and work the universe of outdoor activities, from its fundamental principles, trends and expression of them in this sec. 21st.

It enables students to design, organize and carry out programs of outdoor activities and team Building, in a controlled and supervised context. Contextualize Adventure, Adventure Sport and Adventure Tourism Recognize direct and related legislation applicable to outdoor activities Contextualize outdoor activities within the tourism animation sector Recognize the importance of outdoor activities in the development of teambuilding programs Recognize and apply the principles of sustainability in outdoor activities Recognize and apply the principles of Risk Management applied to outdoor activities Identify and apply quality principles at the level of service delivery Plan, organize and hold outdoor activity events Develop proposals for outdoor activities in the light of information duties, good environmental performance and the specificities of tourist activity

Teaching methodologies
The classes are of two models: theoretical classes, group work and practical classes in the natural space, work in small groups, reflections and oral exhibitions, realization and organization of activities among themselves, promoting the reflection of the action. Evaluation IT HAS A THEORETICAL EVALUATION - FREQUENCY, RESEARCH WORK AND A THEORETICAL-PRACTICAL BLOCK. The evaluation of students will be weighted in 3 areas, Theoretical Block/ assessment test (30%), Practical research work (30%) and Holding of an event of outdoor activities (40%) It is mandatory that the student has approval in all program blocks older than 9.5. Exam Performs only blocks in which it had below 9.5 values With a rating equal to or above 9.5, it goes to the mandatory oral
