The UC addresses the basic contents of Gymnastics, both for the teaching-learning of the various techniques, and for the analysis of movement and the teaching-learning process. Theoretical knowledge is presented in close connection with practical exercises and their critical analysis. The transmitted knowledge is adapted to each branch/specialty so that students can use it in their professional careers, either in Physical Education, in sports training in the various sports and in Exercise and Health with populations with different characteristics.
