    Futsal is a collective sports game that aims at cooperation among the team members in order to achieve victory at the end of the game. For a better cooperation, the leader elaborates a set of procedures that lead to the achievement of the goal. The knowledge, skills and abilities in this area enrich the bases of intervention of the professional Sports Training, specifically at the level of understanding the training and group leadership.

    Objectives

    1. Identify historical moments of the development process of the futsal game. 2; 2. Identify the different moments of the game as well as its principles and fundamentals. 3. To plan according to the specific needs of the team and the stage of development 4. Recognizes the characteristics of the different actions of the game and carries out exercises for its development; 5. Identifies the most relevant actions for goalkeeper's training; 6. Identifies and prepares appropriate exercises for the development of motor skills. 7; 7. Design a long-term training plan, describing its key aspects; 8. Identify and adopt communication and motivational strategies; 9. Identify the area of intervention of the arbitration body; 10. Recognize the different Game Laws; 11. Point out the constraints for the organization, planning and carrying out activities
  • Teaching methodologies

    Teaching methodologies

    The course will comprise theoretical lectures, theoretical-practical sessions and practical teaching/fieldwork sessions. The b-learning system will be used to provide teaching materials. For continuous assessment, students will have: two attendance checks and two practical assessments (final mark: 0.2 × Attendance + 0.5 × Practical assessment + 0.3 × Discussions). The requirement for a minimum mark of 9.5 in each assessment component, in addition to achieving a final weighted average of 9.5 or higher, reflects the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and Sport's commitment to academic rigour and the quality of education. This requirement aims to ensure that students demonstrate the acquisition of essential competences across all components of the course module, promoting a solid education, professional responsibility and academic merit, which are fundamental to ethical, critical and competent practice within the profession.

    Recomendações para a elaboração dos trabalhos

    Cada aluno realiza 2 avaliações individuais:

    1.    Apresentação e discussão

    Características da apresentação:

    A apresentação tem a duração de 10 minutos, seguindo-se 5 minutos de discussão. 

    A apresentação será avaliada através de 3 critérios, cada com uma valoração de 1/3 da nota. Os critérios são:

    1.    Conteúdo da apresentação (como é que o aluno apresentou os conteúdos)

    2.    Ligação à matéria da Unidade Curricular (os materiais já estão todos disponíveis, por isso podem ligar a matérias ainda não lecionadas)

    3.    Ligação à prática (como é que o apresentado pode estar ligadas à prática de Treinador)

    A apresentação final terá de ser colocada no moodle, no dia anterior ao da apresentação do trabalho.
